“ My wife and I were out shopping for a different car. We stopped by Paul blouin Mazda because we have had a Mazda before and we thought we would see what they had to offer. Sam Blouin came out and met us. He showed us the models we were interested in and was very knowledgeable about the financing and the different rates. My wife spotted a red CX5 and he said that it was a certified used car. Only had 8800 miles on it. We took it for a drive and decided it was the one for us. We returned to the dealership and Sam had already done a appraisal of our VW . I was frankly impressed by how he said that he could sell the vehicle for a certain amount rather than here’s what it’s worth to us. Not only that but he lowered the price of the vehicle we wanted to buy. All in all we got a exceptional trade offer and there was zero pressure during any part of the deal. Start to finish we were there just about a hour and a half it was the most pain free experience with good solid trade offers and honest pricing. I would highly recommend Paul Blouin Mazda !!! “ We have driven Volkswagen for years. We have had six Volkswagen’s altogether through the years. The latest being a Jetta GLI and a Tiguan. I purchased a Mazda SUV from this dealership to replace the Tiguan and I am so impressed with the vehicle and this dealership compared to the horrors we dealt with VW the last couple years, between a simple key being programmed to a DSG service being done as a drain and fill. When it comes to dealership service knowledge and accountability Volkswagen America would not help us resolve a legal issue that was never resolved stating that they depend on their technicians and dealers for technical diagnosis when a customer has a concern. This was extremely concerning to me. After doing a lot of research, Volkswagen America is a lot different company than they were 10 years ago. I love this Mazda. I will never own another Volkswagen again. The quality is superior to the Tiguan by far. We will be trading the GLI in as well. This is by far the best experience I have had with a dealership. The service department and sales department are extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend. ”

“ As someone who doesn’t enjoy the dealership/salesman experience, I must say I had a pleasant car buying experience here. I was going to buy a Mazda CX9 from Carmax but decided to check the inventory at Paul Blouin’s. To my surprise they had a certified pre-owned CX-90 that was just a couple thousand more than the CX-9 I was looking at. Since I live in Augusta I figured I’d drive down and see what deal they could offer. Met with Brandon who was very kind and informative without being pushy. He had a good attitude and wanted to give me what I wanted instead of forcibly selling me crap I didn’t want. My income is great but since I’m self employed and take a lot of deductions it looks like I make nothing on paper based on my taxes. Was hoping this dealership could use their connections to get me a good rate on a loan with a larger down payment. On top of this my credit score was pretty bad due credit mistakes made when I was younger, it was about 600. Thanks to Brandon’s help and the connections he/the dealership has with lenders, he was able to secure me a 7% rate. I was expecting a 13% rate to be completely honest. I knew what I was getting into but the “investment” was worth it for my family’s needs and income. Truly grateful for the help from Brandon and the great reputation of this dealership. I went in for an oil change, inspection & tire rotation. They found a 3 inch piece of metal embedded in my tire. Being an all wheel drive, that means at least 2 new tires if not 4 (low profile) = $$$. 🤦‍♀️my tires have less than 12,000 miles on them. They came up with an option for me and sent me away smiling, knowing I'd dodged a bullet & a big tire bill and having a little renewed faith in humanity. “ Buying your first vehicle in the US, especially for new immigrants can be nerve-wracking! After a not so good first impression and experience visiting another Mazda dealership, a friend referred us to Paul Blouin Mazda, where their friend had a wonderful service. And true enough, Paul Blouin Mazda did not disappoint! On his first email, Dustin already offered to schedule us for a test drive. After I communicated with Dustin that we live 40 minutes aways from their dealership and don’t have means of transportation, he immediately offered to have a driver pick us up to come take a look at the vehicles and do a test drive! The other Mazda dealership that we went to did not even want us to test drive any vehicle until after knowing which vehicle we will be approved for the Mazda Program. After we submitted all the requirements, Sam took over in processing our application for the Mazda Program. Sam was very thorough in providing all the information that we need over the phone and email. He kept in touch and provided quick and timely updates on the status of our application, and what Mazda Corporate needs. Upon learning that we did not qualify for the Mazda Program due to changes in the requirements, Sam provided us other options and assured us that he will provide all the help he can give us to get the deal done. Sam has been with us every step of the way as evidence of more than 100 email exchanges and numerous phone calls, helping us with all the things required by the credit union and getting the numbers down to make sure we get the car that we want at the lowest out the door price at possible. On the day that we have to go to the dealership to sign the documents and get the car, Sam informed us that all their drivers are unavailable to pick us up and tried his best to book our family an Uber XL, which unfortunately was unsuccessful. To our surprised, Sam has arranged for us to be picked up by none other than his dad, Paul Blouin! We never expected for the owner of the dealership to drive for 1.5 hours to pick us up and bring us to their dealership! Our experience with speaking with Paul during the drive was very positive. He’s very down to earth and made sure our family very comfortable during the ride! He even took the car to the car wash to show it to our kids and they were very excited and happy with the experience! Paul even spent some time taking care of our kids at the dealership providing them food and drinks, and setting up the TV for them to make them comfortable. Sam was very thorough and efficient from the document signing, explaining all the settings and configurations of the car, and helping us in getting our car insurance. He also helped us in downloading and setting up the My Mazda app on our phones and taught us how to use it.
